How Long Will It Take For Me To See Results From Psychotherapy With You?

It really depends on the individual situation. Some people require only one or two sessions to fix their issues. Others require months of continuous and consistent work. Rest assured that your well-being and happiness is my personal priority, and I will do everything that I can to help you to achieve your goals.

How Long is Each Therapy Session?

The recommended length of each therapy session is 2 hours. Of course, life is complicated and busy and sometimes it is not possible to do a full two hours in one session. We can therefore break up sessions into one-hour blocks. And sometimes, it takes more than 2 hours to come to the root of a problem. I am prepared to work with you in both situations.

Do All Therapy Sessions Need To Be Done In Person?

Not at all! I offer sessions through Skype, especially for international clients. Psychotherapy has a very large number of methods and techniques to help people even over physical distances.
